Nestora Homes is a complete website for an estate agent or property developer. Visitors search homes for sale or rent, filter by type, bedrooms and budget, open any property in a detail pop-up, estimate their monthly repayment with a mortgage calculator, and book a viewing. Properties (price, bedrooms, size, features, for sale or for rent), the agent, the neighbourhoods and your contact details are all set in one file (src/content.ts). Viewing requests open WhatsApp or the visitor’s email app, so no server is needed, and the design uses illustrated placeholders so you add your own photos. It is a single-page site. You get the full source code as a zip file, a step-by-step README and the live demo to try first.
