Terms of Service

Onwebsite (“we”, “us”) is a website marketplace and website-building service run by its owner. You can reach us by email akshadali2977@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.

• Source code: ready-made website code packages you can buy, edit and host yourself.
• Live websites: established, running websites listed for sale.
• Custom builds: a website made for you from your instructions.

Some listings are offered by us. Others are submitted by independent sellers. The seller’s name is shown on the listing.

We don’t take payments on this website. Pressing “Buy now”, “Make an offer” or “Ask a question” sends us a request. It is not a purchase. We then contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm availability, price, how you will pay, and how the website will be delivered.

• A sale is only agreed once we have both confirmed it in writing (an email or WhatsApp message is enough) and you have paid.
• Offers are not binding on us until we accept them.
• A listing may be sold, changed or withdrawn before your request is accepted. Sold listings are marked “Sold”.
• We don’t currently offer escrow. Only pay using the method we confirm with you directly, and never send money because of a message from someone else claiming to be us.

If you list a website, you promise that:

• you own it, or have the right to sell it;
• everything you tell us about it is true and not misleading, including any revenue, profit, traffic and age figures;
• it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.

Seller submissions are reviewed before they appear. We can reject, edit or remove any listing at any time. Figures on a listing are provided by the seller. A listing marked Verified has had its details checked by us at the time of checking, but we can’t guarantee future results. As a buyer, you are responsible for your own checks, such as asking for analytics or payout proof, before you pay.

• The standard price is $500 per website, and what it includes is described on the custom build page.
• Submitting the order form is a request, not a contract. We confirm the details, price and payment with you before any work starts.
• You must have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give us, and you are responsible for it.
• Timelines, the number of revisions, and any refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
• When the website is finished and paid for, we hand over the source code.

When you buy source code, you receive the files described on the listing. How you may use it, for example whether you can reuse it for more than one project or resell it, is stated on the listing or agreed with you in writing before you buy. If it isn’t clear, ask us before you reuse it. Material that belongs to third parties, such as fonts, images or plugins, stays under its own licence.

Please don’t:

• post false, misleading or unlawful listings or messages;
• send spam, or use the forms to harass anyone;
• try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the site that aren’t meant for you, including the admin area;
• copy the site’s listings or content in bulk without our permission.

We may block anyone who breaks these rules.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that a website will earn money, keep its traffic, or suit your purpose. Any figures shown are historical or estimated, and are not a promise of future results.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that can’t be limited. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility for any one order is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. A change never affects a sale we have already agreed.
