Privacy Policy

What you send us. When you use a form, we receive what you type into it:

• Buy, offer and question forms: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and any offer amount, along with the listing you asked about.
• Custom build orders: the above, plus your business name, type of website, pages needed, deadline, instructions and any reference websites you share.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, and your message.
• Selling a website: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and the details of the listing (title, price, description, and any business figures you choose to give).

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this only to run and protect the site.

Cookies and browser storage. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie used by the site owner for the admin area; visitors don’t receive one. If you use the watchlist (the heart button), the list of websites you saved is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us.

• to reply to you and handle your request, offer, order or listing;
• to review seller submissions and arrange sales and deliveries;
• to keep the site working, secure and free of spam;
• to meet legal obligations and keep basic business records.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it.

We share information only where it is needed to run the service:

• Service providers that host and process it for us: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (the database where requests are stored), and Google (we receive your message by email through Gmail).
• Sellers. If you ask about a listing that belongs to another seller, we may share your name and contact details with that seller so the two of you can complete the deal.
• WhatsApp. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We only open a chat when you press a WhatsApp button.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or we need to protect our rights.

A seller’s email and WhatsApp number that you give us when submitting a listing are never shown publicly on the site.

Our providers may store and process information in data centres outside your country. We only use providers that protect it with reasonable safeguards.

We keep requests and orders for as long as we need them to deal with you and to keep our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner (see below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what information we hold about you and get a copy;
• have wrong information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.

The site uses an encrypted connection, and the admin area is password protected and limited to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through our forms.

The site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using the marketplace.
